Why did you decide to partner with Fitness On Demand? What problems were you looking to solve or you looking to incorporate?

We decided to partner with Fitness On Demand after checking out several other companies who provide the same service. We’re a 24/7 facility, so we wanted to be able to offer a quality group fitness experience to our members who couldn’t attend a live, instructed-led class. Also, it provides a more personal group fitness experience for members who might be intimidated to jump right into a class with others.


What are the benefits to your business as a result of this partnership? 

We saw more members choose our Tier 2 Silver Level membership when they see the convenience of offering virtual fitness content on their own schedule with all of the space and equipment. It also provides a back-up for us if an instructor can’t be there to teach their live class. We play a similar format for the class to follow instead of having to cancel the class that day. It also allows us to try new class formats to see if there’s an interest before adding something to our live schedule.


What are the benefits to your members as a result of this partnership?

With hundreds of class offerings varying in format, length and level of fitness, our members can have virtual classes anytime.


Have you been pleasantly surprised by working with Fitness On Demand in any way?

Fitness On Demand’s customer service is great. We have enjoyed some of the recent upgrades that allow us to do our own messaging and branding on the idle TV screen. We also love having the option to be able to upload our own classes to the kiosk. We have a dedicated client success manager that sends us monthly information on upgrades and works with us on marketing.


What else can you tell other club owners about the benefits of working with Fitness On Demand?

It’s a quality program with new content being added all the time. It’s simple to install and manage. I would highly recommend Fitness On Demand as an addition for a facility like ours or a stand-alone program for a smaller facility.
